Black Dog Technical Services built its business by providing quality technical
service and support for FLIPR® fluorescence readers. We have extensive experience
in servicing fluorescence plate readers. This experience combined with one of
the largest spare parts inventory for FLIPR® systems ensures that we consistently
provide quality service in a timely manner.
We offer a variety of service options for your FLIPR 1, 2, and 3 fluorescence
plate readers (see the table below.) We have also received customer requests to provide service for FLIPRTETRA® instruments and will be offering services for FLIPRTETRA® instruments in the near future.

Instrument Service Options for FLIPR® 1, 2, 3 fluorescence plate readers

| Time & Material Billing |
- Onsite labor charge per hour, zone travel charge, travel expenses,
and any parts are billable to the customer.

| Preventative Maintenance |
- Set price for the preventative maintenance (PM) with the zone travel
charge & travel expenses associated with the PM billable to the
customer.
- Parts additional, if needed
|
| Preventative Maintenance Contract |
- All Labor and Travel costs associated with providing two (2) semi-annual
comprehensive PMs to the FLIPR system.
- A comprehensive PM requires between 12 to 16 hours.
- Preventative Maintenance Contract customers receive a 10% discount
on any labor charges and parts during the term of the contract in addition
to priority scheduling for PMs and service calls.

| Labor and Travel Contract |
- All Labor and Travel costs associated with the repair and maintenance
of the FLIPR® system are covered by this contract.
- Parts additional, if needed.
- Customers receive a 20% discount on parts during the term of the contract.
- Two (2) semi-annual comprehensive PMs are provided in the terms of
this contract.
- Customers receive priority scheduling.

| Full Service Contract |
- All Labor, Travel, and Part costs associated with the repair and maintenance
of the FLIPR® system are covered by this contract.
- Two semi-annual comprehensive PMs are provided in the terms of this
contract.
- Customers receive priority scheduling.

| Full Service Contract “PLUS”
|
- All Labor, Travel, and Parts costs associated with the repair and
maintenance of the FLIPR® system are covered by this contract.
- Two semi-annual comprehensive PMs are provided in the terms of this
contract.
- The pipettor and camera/controller system are exchanged for refurbished
systems in order to further ensure superior performance.
- Customers receive priority scheduling.
