Robust
The PlateCrane EX microplate robotic arm provides the fastest, most robust solution available for small or large automated workcells. It comes with four axes of motion: tower rotation, vertical travel, a telescoping arm and gripper rotation that simplifies access to plates in portrait or landscape orientations.

Reliable
The PlateCrane EX microplate robotic arm provides walkaway lab automation for workcells with single or several instruments, multiple processes or even a complete assay. It moves labware to and from removable stacks located around the arm. It is modular for flexibility in configuring stacks and surrounding instruments.

Rugged
The PlateCrane EX microplate robotic arm is designed to withstand the rigors of any laboratory environment. Interfaces are available to more than 150 microplate based instruments, including virtually every reader, washer, dispenser and pipettor used in laboratories. It has a capacity of up to 450 microplates, and makes it easy to configure a wide range of automation workcells.
